DP World Global Forwarding – Pure Global Logistics
DPW Global Forwarding Pty Ltd (t/as **DP World Global Forwarding**) proposes to acquire 100% of the shares in Pac Ware Pty Ltd (t/as **Pure Global Logistics**), under a Share Sale Agreement (the **Acquisition**). DP World Global Forwarding provides contract logistics and freight forwarding services in Australia, which includes warehousing, fulfilment and e-commerce support. DP World Global Forwarding’s services encompass freight forwarding by ocean, air, road and rail transportation across Australia, including associated warehousing and logistics support. DP World Global Forwarding is a 100% owned subsidiary of DP World Logistics Oceania (Holding) Pty Ltd, which is ultimately controlled by DP World Limited, a United Arab Emirates entity. DP World Australia Limited (**DP World Australia**) is a connected entity of DP World Global Forwarding and operates container terminals and provides container stevedoring services at each of the Ports of Melbourne, Botany (Sydney), Brisbane and Fremantle. Pure Global Logistics is an Australian freight forwarding business specialising in air and sea transportation and customs clearance, primarily for fashion and discount retailers in Australia. Both DP World Global Forwarding and Pure Global Logistics supply international freight forwarding services to Australian customers (mostly to customers importing, rather than exporting, goods).
