International Parking Group – car park at St John of God Murdoch Hospital
International Parking Group Pty Ltd as trustee for International Parking Trust (**IPG**), proposes to acquire the long-term lease to a car parking facility at St John of God Murdoch Hospital (the **Acquisition**). IPG is a specialist infrastructure owner and developer that owns and manages a portfolio of long-term leases over hospital car parks. It operates nine car parking facilities across New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia, with around 12,500 individual bays across those facilities. St John of God Murdoch Hospital is a private hospital located in the southern suburbs of Perth, operated by St John of God Health Care Inc. The target asset is a new 1,128 bay multi-deck car parking facility being constructed at St John of God Murdoch Hospital, and an additional 892 at-grade car parking bays on the premises. The multi-deck facility is under development and is therefore not currently operational. Once complete, the multi-deck facility is intended (alongside the at-grade parking) to serve patients, visitors and staff of the hospital. IPG operates one other car parking facility in Perth, located at the QEII Medical Centre in Nedlands, which is around 19 kilometres' drive north from St John of God Murdoch Hospital.
