Sims – business assets of OneStop Metal Recycling in TAS

Australian Metal Recycling Network Pty Ltd (**AMRN**), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sims Limited (**Sims**), proposes to acquire the business assets of OneStop Metal Recycling (Tas) Pty Ltd (**OneStop**) (the **Acquisition**). Sims and OneStop are both engaged in the acquisition, processing and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal in Tasmania. Sims currently operates a scrap metal recycling facility at Bell Bay, north of Launceston. OneStop operates facilities at Glenorchy in southern Tasmania (Hobart) and Cooee on the north-west coast (Burnie). The assets to be acquired comprise the operating business conducted by OneStop, including its Glenorchy and Cooee sites, together with plant and equipment, inventory, business contracts, intellectual property, goodwill and other assets used in the operation of the business.
