Tetra Tech – Providence Consulting
Tetra Tech Australia Group Holdings Pty Ltd (**Tetra Tech**) proposes to acquire 100% of the shares in Providence Consulting Group Pty Ltd (**Providence Consulting**) through a Share Purchase Agreement. Tetra Tech is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tetra Tech, Inc., a publicly listed corporation (NASDAQ:TTEK), and is the holding company for various subsidiaries. Tetra Tech's subsidiaries are involved in a variety of industries, in particular water, energy, infrastructure, mining, defence and development, and provide high-end consulting, technical and advisory services in Australia to a variety of customers, both public and private. Tetra Tech also has operations and interests across the Asia-Pacific region. Providence Consulting is an advisory and project management consultancy based in Australia. Providence Consulting supplies program delivery, systems engineering, and protective security consultancy services for defence, government, and industry clients.
