Granville Hotel Qld Pty Ltd (**Vendor**) owns and operates the freehold land, buildings, licences and business assets (both tangible and intangible) of: * Granville Tavern and Motel; and * Cambridge Street Bottle Shop & Cellars. Granville Tavern and Motel is a commercial hotel motel business which offers dining, accommodation and gaming machines. Cambridge Street Bottle Shop & Cellars is a bottle shop that offers packaged liquor for off-premises consumption. Both businesses are based in Granville, Queensland. Black Rhino (Granville) Pty Ltd and the trustee for the It Is What It Is (Granville) Trust propose to acquire 100% of the Vendor’s interest in the aforementioned businesses, together with the relevant freehold from which the businesses operate.
