EQT Fund Management S.à r.l. – Orikan Group
Ulexite Group Pty Limited, an indirectly wholly owned special purpose vehicle of BPEA EQT Mid-Market Growth Fund (**BPEA MMG**), proposes to acquire 100% of the issued capital of Ignition TopCo Pty Ltd (**Ignition**), together with its subsidiaries (together, the **Orikan Group**), pursuant to a share sale agreement (the **Acquisition**). BPEA MMG is a private investment fund controlled by EQT Fund Management S.à r.l. (**EFMS**), its alternative investment fund manager. EFMS is wholly owned by EQT AB (publ) (Sweden). Ignition is the ultimate holding company in the Orikan Group. The Orikan Group is a provider of parking management, compliance, and mobility technology solutions and associated services. Its products support parking payments, digital permits, parking enforcement, infringement management, occupancy monitoring, reporting, and customer service functions mainly for local governments, universities, hospitals, airports and transport authorities. The Orikan Group also provides implementation, support, maintenance, and outsourced operational services related to these systems.
