Searock Property Pty Ltd as trustee for the Searock Property Unit Trust and Oscars NSW Ops Pty Ltd (the **Acquirers**) propose to acquire 100% of the freehold land interest, buildings, licences and business assets (both tangible and intangible) of the Hotel Diplomat in Potts Point, New South Wales from 17 BW Road Pty Ltd as trustee for 17 BW Unit Trust (Receivers and Managers Appointed) (Administrators Appointed), Bayswater OpCo Pty Ltd (Receivers and Managers Appointed) (Administrators Appointed) and Barclay House Operations Pty Ltd (Receivers and Managers Appointed) (Administrators Appointed) (the **Vendors**), as described in the transaction documents provided as part of the application (the **Acquisition**). Located at 17 Bayswater Road, Potts Point NSW 2011, the Hotel Diplomat offers hotel accommodation services (and ancillary services related to the operation of a hotel). The Acquirers are part of the Oscars Group, which owns and operates community, food & beverage, entertainment and accommodation venues. The Oscars Group own and operate hospitality venues across New South Wales, South Australia, Queensland and Victoria.
