EQT Holdings – Platinum Investment Management

EQT Holdings Limited (**EQT**, and together with its subsidiaries, **EQT Group**) has agreed to acquire Platinum Investment Management Limited (**PIML**), a subsidiary of L1 Group Limited (**L1**, and together with its subsidiaries, **L1 Group**) (the **Acquisition**). PIML is the responsible entity for a number of registered managed investment schemes operated by L1 Group. Following completion of the Acquisition, EQT Group will be the responsible entity for these registered managed investment schemes and L1 Group will remain as the investment manager. EQT is a financial services provider that offers, among other things, corporate trustee services (including corporate responsible entity services) and investment/asset management services. L1 is an ASX-listed, global investment manager formed in 2025 through the merger of L1 Capital and Platinum Asset Management. PIML trades as Platinum Asset Management and is a financial services provider that offers, corporate trustee and investment/asset management services, acting as the responsible entity and investment manager for all of the Australian registered managed investment schemes of the Platinum Asset Management business.
