VC Operations (WA) Pty Ltd proposes to acquire 100% of the business assets (both tangible and intangible) of Willunga Veterinary Services and Aldinga Veterinary Services (the **Willunga and Aldinga clinics**) from Willunga Veterinary Hospital Pty Ltd. VC Operations (WA) Pty Ltd is part of the Vets Central group of companies (**Vets Central**). Vets Central is an Australian-owned veterinary group that owns and operates 82 first opinion veterinary practices across Australia and New Zealand. In Australia, Vets Central’s practices provide core and ancillary veterinary services, for household pets as well as livestock, and other exotic species. The services primarily include routine, planned, and emergency veterinary services (excluding after-hours services). The Willunga and Aldinga vet clinics are full-service veterinary practices in the Willunga and Aldinga areas of South Australian. The business provides a range of first opinion core and ancillary veterinary services for household pets (extending to exotic pets) in the local area.
