RDO Australia – freehold land and buildings of three commercial truck dealership sites in West Wodonga VIC

CD & JB Investments Pty Ltd (the **Vendor**) owns, and supplies commercial leasing services in respect of, three commercial truck dealership sites in West Wodonga, Victoria (collectively, the **Target Premises**). RDO Australia Property Holdings No 2 Pty Ltd (**RDO Australia**) owns, and supplies commercial leasing services in respect of, three commercial truck dealership sites in Wagga Wagga, Dubbo, and Orange (all in New South Wales). RDO Australia does not currently supply commercial leasing services in West Wodonga. RDO Australia proposes to acquire 100% of the freehold land interest and buildings of the Target Premises from the Vendor. After the Acquisition, RDO Australia will own the Target Premises and will continue to supply commercial leasing services in respect of the Target Premises.
