Dicker Data – Sektor

Pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement, Dicker Data Limited (**Dicker Data**) proposes to acquire all 2,196,009 fully paid ordinary shares in Sektor Group Limited (**Sektor**). As a result of this transfer, Dicker Data will indirectly acquire an interest in Sektor Limited, Sektor Pty Ltd and Sektor LP Pty Ltd, Sektor Distributors SDN BHD and Sektor (Thailand) Co. Ltd which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Sektor. Dicker Data is an ASX-listed company distributing a broad range of IT and IT-related products and value-added services to resellers in Australia and New Zealand, including the supply of networking hardware and software solutions enabling devices and cybersecurity hardware and software solutions. Sektor and its subsidiaries also distribute IT and IT-related products and value-added services to resellers in Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and Malaysia, focussing on Point of Sale (**POS**), Enterprise Mobility and Automatic Identification and Data Capture (**AIDC**), Cybersecurity and Networking.
