Influence Media Partners – assets from Anthem Entertainment

Influence Media Partners, a music entertainment platform based in New York, in collaboration with funds and accounts managed by BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. (**BlackRock**), proposes to acquire a catalogue of music publishing rights, including music embedded in movies / TV shows, and recorded music rights, together with assigned contracts, accounts receivables, pre-paid royalties, and other rights typically associated with copyright interests (the **Target Assets**) from Anthem Entertainment L.P. and Anthem Entertainment (GP) Inc. (together, **Anthem**), a global music rights management and publishing company. Anthem is ultimately owned by Ontario Teacher’s Pension Plan Board. Influence Media Partners and Anthem are both active in the music publishing industry globally, including in Australia. Anthem operates as a music publisher, which primarily involves owning and acquiring rights in musical compositions, the marketing and exploitation of those rights and generating revenue (including the receipt of royalties or fees) from uses of the musical composition itself. The Influence Media Partners group operates as an asset manager in music, investing in and managing music rights and related assets.
