MA Financial Group (Redcape Fund) – The Arthouse Hotel

Redcape Hotel Group Pty Ltd (**Redcape Fund**) proposes to acquire 100% of the interest in the lease over the land and buildings, 6 gaming machine licenses, goodwill, plant and equipment, business name and domain name (both tangible and intangible) of The Arthouse Hotel from Alsimas Pty Limited (the **Acquisition**). The Arthhouse Hotel is a community pub and hotel offering food, beverage, gambling and entertainment, which is located in the Sydney Central Business District, New South Wales (NSW). The Redcape Fund is part of MA Financial Group, which owns and operates community pubs and hotels. The Redcape Fund portfolio has 37 pubs and hotels in NSW, Queensland and Victoria. Two of these venues (Criterion Hotel and Frisco Hotel) are in metropolitan Sydney which also offer alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises, food services, gaming services and entertainment.
