Salsa Bidco, Inc., an acquisition vehicle wholly owned by the Eighth Cinven Fund which is indirectly managed and controlled by Cinven Limited (**Cinven**), proposes to acquire 100% of the shares in Salsify, Inc. (**Salsify**) (the **Acquisition**). Cinven is a private equity firm engaged in the provision of investment management and advisory services to a number of investment funds. The controlled companies in Cinven’s portfolio of investments are active in a variety of sectors, including business services, consumer, financial services, healthcare, industrials, technology, media, and telecommunications. Cinven has exclusive authority to make investment and management decisions for the Eighth Cinven Fund. Salsify is a US-headquartered provider of cloud-native product experience management software solutions. Salsify’s platform is used by consumer goods manufacturers, retailers and distributors as a centralised product data repository, enabling them to manage and distribute product content across digital commerce channels.
