Howard Springs Op Co Pty Ltd and Waymark Hotel Properties No 43 Pty Ltd as trustee for the Howard Springs Property Trust (the **Acquirers**), propose to acquire the land and business of the Howard Springs Tavern in Howard Springs, Northern Territory (the **Acquisition**). Howard Springs Tavern is a commercial hotel business located at 280 Whitewood Road, Howard Springs, NT, which offers dining, gaming machines and liquor retailing, both in-store and via a drive-through bottle shop. The Acquirers are part of the Waymark Hotels Group, which owns and operates hotels (pubs) that provide food & beverage (including alcohol), gaming machines, accommodation services, and takeaway liquor retailing (bottle shops). The Waymark Hotels Group currently operates pubs and bottle shops in regional Queensland and the Northern Territory.
