BINGO Acquisitions Pty Ltd, trading as BINGO Industries (**BINGO**), proposes to acquire the assets and the business of JLW Services Pty Ltd (**JLW**) (the **Acquisition**). BINGO is a recycling and waste management company with operations in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland. BINGO provides collection, processing, recycling and disposal services for building and demolition waste as well as for commercial and industrial waste. JLW is based in Cootamundra, New South Wales, and provides collection, processing and recycling services for end-of-life tyres and mattresses, as well as on-site shredding and mine site clean-up services, servicing mainly regional locations in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia.
