Wipro - Mindsprint
Wipro Networks Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wipro Limited (**Wipro**), proposes to acquire all the shares in Mindsprint Pte Limited (**Mindsprint**). Wipro will not acquire Mindsprint's current 51% interest in Mindsprint Pty Ltd (**Mindsprint Australia**), a joint venture in Australia. Wipro is a global technology, consulting and outsourcing company, with over 230,000 employees serving more than 1,400 clients across 175 cities. Wipro maintains long-standing relationships across key sectors including financial services, healthcare, government, retail, consumer goods, technology, manufacturing, energy and utilities. Its business is structured around four global business lines: Technology Services, Business Process Services, Consulting Services and Engineering. Mindsprint offers information technology and related services for the food & agritech, manufacturing, retail and consumer packaged goods industries. It offers solutions in consulting, enterprise applications, digital engineering, data analytics, cloud and infrastructure services, cybersecurity, intelligent enterprise operations and business process outsourcing. The services offered by Wipro and Mindsprint overlap in relation to technology services in particular, cloud, cybersecurity, business process services and consulting services.
