Platinum Equity, LLC (**Platinum Equity**), through a vehicle ultimately controlled by Platinum Equity, proposes to acquire all outstanding equity in SuperStroke International, LLC (**SuperStroke**) (the **Acquisition**). Existing unitholders in SuperStroke, including funds managed and advised by DAOL Private Equity Limited (**DAOL Private Equity**), will retain a roll-over interest in SuperStroke post-Acquisition. Platinum Equity is a US-headquartered global private equity and investment strategies firm. The Platinum Equity group specialises in the merger, acquisition and operation of companies providing services and solutions to customers in a broad range of sectors including business services, information technology, telecommunication, logistics, metal services, manufacturing and distribution. SuperStroke is a US-based manufacturer and supplier of golfing equipment components, with a focus on grips used for clubs and putters. SuperStroke supplies aftermarket replacement grips to consumers through distributors and online platforms and also supplies grips to golf equipment manufacturers. DAOL Private Equity is a Seoul-based investment firm. Funds managed and advised by DAOL Private Equity control Technique Golf Holdings Co., Ltd, a special purpose vehicle that owns SuperStroke.
