Geosyntec Consultants (Australia) Intermediate Holding Pty Ltd, through its corporate group (**Geosyntec**) proposes to acquire 100% of the issued share capital of WRM Water & Environment Pty Ltd (**WRM**) (the **Acquisition**). Geosyntec’s services include environmental auditing, site investigations, remedial designing and hydrogeological assessments. WRM’s services include water engineering and related environmental consulting services, including surface water and flood risk management, mine water management, and the provision of insurance/independent expert witness services in relation to disputes about flooding and hydrological impacts. Following the Acquisition, WRM will form part of Geosyntec’s water engineering team.
