Redwood Services Group – Concept Data and Voice Select

Redwood Services Group Australia Pty Ltd (**Redwood**) proposes to acquire 100% of the shares in each of Concept Data Pty Ltd (**Concept Data**) and Voice Select Pty Ltd (**Voice Select**) from Gary Carl Paradise (the **Acquisition**). Redwood’s subsidiaries supply managed IT services, including the provision of software and hardware, to small-to-medium businesses and other enterprise customers across Australia. Redwood is part of Evergreen Services Group (**Evergreen**), which acquires managed IT service providers and other technology services companies globally. Evergreen is a portfolio company of Alpine Investors, a private equity firm headquartered in San Francisco, California. Concept Data supplies managed IT services to small-to-medium businesses. Voice Select specialises in VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) phone systems and support.
