HiTech Group Australia Limited (ASX: HIT) (HiTech) proposes to acquire certain Australian assets of Hudson Global Resources (Aust) Pty Limited (Administrators Appointed) (Hudson) by way of an asset sale. HiTech is a listed Australian public company headquartered in Sydney and is principally engaged in the supply of contract and permanent recruitment services, predominantly to the information and communication technology (ICT) sector, to government and corporate clients across Australia.  Hudson is a recruitment and talent management agency with offices across major Australian states and territories. Hudson supplies contract and permanent recruitment services and other talent solutions to government and corporate clients across Australia and New Zealand, in a range of areas including financial services, resources, retail, insurance, technology and other professional services.  Hudson entered voluntary administration in April 2026, with Glenn Ian Livingstone appointed as joint and several administrator.  The assets to be acquired by HiTech from Hudson include all remaining customer contracts, all presently activated contractors and corresponding contractor agreements, certain existing leases, employees and booked work in progress, and supporting infrastructure, systems and other remaining assets.
