Kinetic Holding Company Pty Ltd (Kinetic) proposes to acquire 100% of the shares in Tassielink Group Pty Ltd and Tasmanian Tours & Travel Pty Ltd (together, Tassielink) pursuant to a Share Sale Agreement (the Acquisition). Kinetic is a transportation company that operates bus services in Australia (including Tasmania) and overseas. In Australia, Kinetic is a national operator of public (general access), school and charter bus services (including under the Greyhound Resources and SkyBus brands). Kinetic is ultimately controlled by funds managed and/or advised by affiliates of TPG Inc. (TPG). TPG is a global alternative asset management firm. Tassielink is a family-owned bus operator based in Hobart, Tasmania. It operates general access and charter bus services.
