Merenda Group Pty Ltd (**Lessor**) is an Australian private company. The Lessor has engaged Catcorp Pty Ltd as development manager. Catcorp is an Adelaide-based development and construction company established in 1999, with experience delivering commercial and mixed-use projects. Coles has signed a letter of offer with the Lessor for a proposed lease of a Coles supermarket within a new neighbourhood centre at 643 Angle Vale Road, Angle Vale SA 5117 (the **Acquisition**). The proposed Coles supermarket is anticipated to open around November 2029.
