Coles Group Limited (Coles) is an Australian public company (ASX: COL) that primarily operates: * supermarkets nationwide through its subsidiary, Coles Supermarkets Australia Pty Ltd; and * retail liquor stores nationwide, trading under the Liquorland, Liquorland Warehouse and Liquorland Cellars brands. H.A. Bachrach (Nom) Pty Ltd (the Lessor) is a part of an Australian private property development company, the Bachrach Naumburger Group, which manages a portfolio of commercial office and retail properties in Queensland. Coles has signed a letter of offer in respect of a proposed lease for the development of a Coles supermarket within an existing shopping centre known as Park Beach Plaza, located at 253 Pacific Highway, Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450 (the **Acquisition**). The site was previously occupied by a Ritchies IGA Supermarket which closed at the end of April 2026. The proposed Coles supermarket is anticipated to open in September 2027.
