Ventura Motors – Crown Coaches
Ventura Motors NewCo Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ventura Motors Pty Ltd (together with its subsidiaries, **Ventura Motors**) proposes to acquire the business assets (including the vehicles, plant and equipment, IP and IP licences, goodwill, and business records) of Crown Coaches Pty Ltd and Crown Hybrid Pty Ltd that constitute the Crown Coaches business (**Crown Coaches**) (the **Acquisition**). Ventura Motors is an Australian bus operator primarily active in metropolitan Melbourne. It supplies metropolitan bus services, public school bus services, and private school and other private charter bus services, as well as regional intercity coach transport. Crown Coaches is a family-owned bus operator that supplies public school bus services, and private school and other private charter bus services in metropolitan Melbourne. Both Ventura Motors and Crown Coaches supply bus services in metropolitan Melbourne.
