Builtcom Properties 11 Pty Ltd (**Lessor**) is an Australian private property development and building company, based in Burwood, NSW. Coles Supermarkets Australia Pty Ltd has signed a letter of offer in respect of a proposed lease of a Coles supermarket to be constructed within a new mixed-use development at 5 Olympic Drive & 14- 24 Childs Street, Lidcombe NSW (the **Acquisition**). The proposed Coles supermarket is anticipated to open in January 2030.
