Endeavour Group (**Endeavour**) proposes to acquire a leasehold interest for retail space located at 61-79 Henry Street, Penrith NSW 2750 (the **Proposed Site**) from Harrington Penrith Pty Ltd (as trustee for the Penrith Unit Trust, the **Lessor**) (the **Acquisition**). Endeavour proposes to operate a Dan Murphy’s liquor store on the Proposed Site, with a trading area of approximately 794 sqm. The Proposed site is located within the Henry Lawson Centre, Penrith NSW 2750. Endeavour is an Australian public company (ASX:EDV) that primarily operates: * retail liquor stores nationwide under the BWS and Dan Murphy’s brands * licensed hotel venues under the ALH Hotels banner nationally. These venues are individually branded, offering on-premises food and drinks, accommodation, entertainment and gaming services * Pinnacle Drinks, a manufacturer and distributor of liquor products, which it distributes exclusively to the Endeavour retail and hotel network in Australia. The Lessor does not supply wholesale or retail takeaway packaged liquor in Australia.
