Minto Marketplace Pty Limited (**Lessor**) is an Australian private company that operates Minto Mall, a shopping centre currently anchored by Woolworths and Kmart and comprising over 60 specialty stores focused on general retail, food and services. Coles Supermarkets Australia Pty Ltd has signed a letter of offer to facilitate Coles acquiring a leasehold interest in an existing shopping centre at Minto Mall, 10 Brookfield Road, Minto, NSW (the **Acquisition**). The proposed Coles supermarket is anticipated to open on 1 March 2028.
