Tibaldi (Aust) Pty Ltd proposes to acquire South Food Group Both Tibaldi and South Food Group are manufacturers and suppliers of pork smallgoods. Tibaldi supplies ham products, bacon, salami, deli meats, sausages, and fresh pork. Tibaldi supplies its products to supermarket and catering/fast-food customers under various brands including Tibaldi, Signature Collection and Coburg Smokehouse. South Food Group supplies prosciutto, pancetta, chorizo, bresaola, salami, sausages, and related products to both retail and food service customers under the Casalingo Smallgoods, Chicaron, Fiora Smallgoods, crackle & co, and Greenvale Farm Free Range brands. South Food Group also manufactures on behalf of other smallgoods suppliers via toll manufacturing arrangements, including Tibaldi, D’Orsogna Smallgoods, and Spiess Food Solutions.
