CSR Building Products Limited (**CSR**) proposes to acquire the business operations of Complete Plaster & Reo Pty Ltd (**Complete Plaster**). CSR manufactures and supplies a range of light building products including plasterboard, cornice, compounds, adhesives and accessories for residential, commercial and DIY projects under the CSR Gyprock brand. CSR also supplies fibre cement products through its Cemintel brand. CSR distributes these products using both direct and indirect channels. It has no direct distribution channels in Port Macquarie (NSW) or surrounding areas. CSR is owned by French company, Saint-Gobain. Complete Plaster is a plasterboard supply business located in Port Macquarie. It distributes plasterboard, fibre cement, accessories, and tools in the Port Macquarie region and surrounding areas. The products distributed by Complete Plaster are almost entirely manufactured by CSR, with only tools being third party products.
