Saracen Properties Pty Ltd (**Lessor**) is an Australian private property development and building company. It is based in Perth, WA. Coles Supermarkets Australia Pty Ltd has signed a letter of offer with the Lessor in respect of a proposed lease for a Coles supermarket within a new neighbourhood centre at Clementine Village in Upper Swan WA 6069 (the **Acquisition**). The proposed Coles supermarket is anticipated to open in July 2029.
