Equans SAS (**Equans**) proposed to acquire 80% of the share capital of CV Services Group Pty Ltd (**CV Services Group**) either directly or through a wholly-owned subsidiary (the **Proposed Acquisition**). Equans is a global energy and technical services company headquartered in France. In Australia, Equans operates through a local subsidiary, which supplies: * electrical and communications installation; * facility management services, including; + installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC); and + fire protection products; and * audio-visual integration and digital signage. CV Services Group is an Australian technical services company. It supplies: * infrastructure services; * electrical design, installation and construction; * facility management services; and * media and signage manufacturing and installation.
