Tony White Group - Sharton Motors dealerships in Maitland, Port Stephens and Cardiff

TWG Hunter Dealerships Pty Ltd (**TWG Hunter Dealerships**) proposes to acquire: * 95% of the share capital of Sharton Motors Pty Ltd (**Sharton Motors**); and * the land on which the motor dealership businesses owned by Sharton Motors are operated. Sharton Motors operates four dealerships in the Newcastle and Hunter Valley region of New South Wales (**NSW**): Maitland Toyota, Hunter GWM, Cardiff GWM, and Port Stephens Toyota. These dealerships sell new Toyota and GWM / Haval motor vehicles, used motor vehicles, and provide associated servicing, repair and sale of parts and accessories. TWG Hunter Dealerships is a special purpose vehicle associated with the Tony White Group (**TWG**). TWG consists of 59 motor vehicle dealerships selling 45 brands of new and used motor vehicles, as well as associated servicing, repair and sale of parts and accessories across NSW, Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania. In the Newcastle and Hunter Valley region, TWG operates: * Cardiff Motor Group (comprised of Cardiff Ford, Nissan, Hyundai, Chery, and Volkswagen) * Highways Group in Rutherford (comprised of Highway Ford and Hyundai) * Kloster Motor Group (dealing Ford, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Volkswagen, Nissan, Suzuki, Chery and other brands). Both TWG and Sharton Motors supply new and used cars, associated servicing, repair and sale of parts and accessories in the Newcastle and Hunter Valley region.
