Flick Anticimex Pty Ltd (**Flick**) intends to acquire all the assets of the pest control business operated by Swift Property Services Pty Ltd trading as GC Pest Control and Big Blue Frog Pest Control (**GC Pest Control**) (the **Acquisition**). Flick is ultimately controlled by Anticimex Group AB (**Anticimex**), a global pest control company headquartered in Sweden. EQT Future, an investment fund operated by EQT Group, holds a controlling interest in Anticimex. Flick offers a suite of pest control services, including general pest treatment, termite management, preconstruction and insect control. Flick provides pest control services on a national basis to both residential and commercial customers. Flick also operates a separate hygiene business unrelated to pest control. GC Pest Control supplies pest control and preconstruction services, including general pest treatment, termite management, and insect control to both residential and commercial customers predominantly within the Gold Coast region, extending to the southern fringes of Brisbane. GC Pest Control does not provide hygiene services.
