Amplitude / OG Energy - Artisan Gas Field

Amplitude Energy Limited (**Amplitude**) and O.G. Energy Holdings Pty Ltd (**OG Energy**) proposes to acquire the 60% interest held by Beach Energy (Operations) Limited (**Beach Energy**) in the Petroleum Production Licence VIC/L35 and associated assets in the Offshore Otway Basin (the **Assets**) (the **Acquisition**). The Offshore Otway Basin is located off the Victorian coast, and the licence includes the Artisan gas field. The Acquisition will be undertaken by Amplitude and OG Energy’s wholly owned subsidiaries, Cooper Energy (CH) Pty Ltd and OGOG (Otway) Pty Ltd, respectively. OG Energy holds an existing 40% interest in the Assets. Amplitude will acquire a 50% interest in the Assets from Beach Energy, and OG Energy will acquire the remaining 10%. Upon completion, Amplitude and OG Energy will each hold a 50% interest in the Assets. Amplitude is an ASX-listed oil and gas exploration and production company that produces gas from offshore fields in the Otway and Gippsland basins. Amplitude processes gas from its Otway Basin interests at the Athena Gas Plant near Port Campbell, Victoria and supplies gas to wholesale customers in South-East Australia. OG Energy is part of the energy division of Ofer Global, a global diversified group. OG Energy is focussed on exploration, production and the wholesale supply of gas in Australia. It is also a joint owner of the Athena Gas Plant with Amplitude, who is the operator. Beach Energy is an Australian oil and gas exploration and production company.
